How to Give a Critique 🙊

@morejanda has been killing it on Insta and I’m inspired to follow his lead by providing sections from my talks.
Let me know what you think about these. If it’s well-received then I will continue to make more of them. If you have suggestions or topics of interest let me know.
Start the critique by focusing on what is currently working.
Provide criticism that is specific and constructive. What can be improved?
End on a positive note. Be genuine.
