How to Receive Criticism 🤬

How to receive criticism or feedback. In life, there are 2 intentions — to learn or to be right. You can be right but you won’t learn and it can be really lonely.
If you adopt a learner’s mindset, you will open your mind to what is new, what is possible and what you might have missed.
For me, being passionately detached has served me well during critiques. It allows me to «hear» what is being said versus automatically responding, defending or justifying.
Remember: You are not your work.
Work is the residue of your creativity, thinking, point of view, and a reflection of what you know at this moment in time.
Remain Passionately Detached
Passionate, while creating.
Detached, during the critique.
If INTENTION is to learn
