I’ve never been one for SMART goals, more like DUMB ones: Delayed Unmanageable Murky Broad.

These my «goals», more like dreams, have eluded me in a lot of ways.

Would you like to accomplish more than ever? Do you want to make a radical changes in your situation? Then follow these steps and find the ugliest frog, eat that every day.

Brian Tracy states that if we attack the hardest most, challenging task first thing every day, that we’ll accomplish, and feel accomplished, more than we ever had before.

These are principles I’m learning and starting to put into practice. I’m definitely not a Frog Eating Expert by any stretch of the imagination. My focus is to be a professional frog devourer by the end of the year. Follow me on my journey, and let me know how you’re doing on yours.

F1: FINANCIAL  The #1 priority for individuals usually boiled down to a financial goal.
That being the case, what was yours? Buying a house? Having enough money to vacation? Saving some money for retirement?

Start with F1: Financial  Make your murky goals clear. Put numbers beside them, this is financial after all, get specific. How much money do your want to make? How much will that house cost? etc... Go through the SMART exercise and decide what it will take everyday to accomplish them. Find the ugliest FROG for that goal, eat that first... everyday!

Do the same for F2,3  Once you find out the specific goals, backtrack and see what it will take to thing you have to do everyday to accomplish those things. Eat that frog, everyday. You'll be suprised at how much time you actually have, and how much you're actually capable of!
